The winter brings Christmas and the Truckee Optimists come out in their best winter clothing along with strong arms, snow shovels, snow blowers, and whatever else we need to sell Christmas Trees to support our youth programs.

The Cannibal Cruise car show brings old cars from miles around, including other states, to Truckee to enjoy one of the best car shows around. It is our main support for our youth programs.

A new program was started this year, 2006, called the Brew Fest where Breweries supply their products for tasting.  (bottom of Home page)
